the atmosphere, and the customer service was excellent. the spacious room allowed for restful nights , and i woke up refreshed. the value was evident in the delicious and generous food portions , satisfying my appetite completely.
the menu seemed limited , potentially due to fewer guests , it altered the dining experience a bit.

the room was a great size, it had lovely decor and included a comfortable bed. my dog was fussed over, and he enjoyed a tasty dog treat. our evening meal was really good, and my husband loved the steak pie, packed with steak..
the hot and cold tap were the wrong way round in the bathroom.

The location suited my travel plans well. The staff also stored my luggage until check-in.
The bathroom was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I noticed hairs in the shower and around the sink. This oversight made me question the overall hygiene procedures.

The hot water was reliable, and I had large towels. there was chocolate on the bed.
The TV didn't work well. I found the hot and cold tap to be wrong way round. A small bedside table would be useful.
